Matt started Virtue Solar in 2015 as a one-man shop with a Subaru Outback and a borrowed trailer. Over the years, Virtue has grown from the smallest company around to one of the top solar companies in Virginia. Our goal has always been to focus on doing the right thing.

Virtue Solar systems are covered by the Solar Insure 30-year warranty, which covers panels, inverters, batteries, labor, and even the cost of removing and reinstalling panels for roof work. It transfers with the home if you sell. Most solar companies offer a 10- or 25-year manufacturer warranty; the Solar Insure policy is a real third-party insurance product that covers what manufacturer warranties don't.
